Pink Beans, Habichuelas Rosadas Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sofrito
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup goya tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 can 15oz goya pink beans, undrained
- 1 packet sazon con culantro y achiote
- 1/2 packet sazon with ham flavor
Procedure:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, add sofrito and garlic, cook for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over hot white rice.
