Arañitas Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 green plantains
- Adobo to taste
Procedure:
Peel the plantains. Grate using the largest blades in a manual or electical grater. Leave the pieces as long as you possibly can. Season thoroughly, to taste. Grab a small bunch and press it a little bit in your hand, fry them in very hot oil. Remove them when they are golden in color and set over paper towels to soak the frying oil.
