Alcaparrado Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6oz pimento stuffed green olives
- 3oz capers
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Procedure:
Chop the olives coarsely. Place the olives in a crystal container, add the remainder of the ingredients, shake vigorously and refrigerate.
