Codfish Salad, Ensalada de Bacalao Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Codfish (bacalao)
- 3 tsp fresh garlic finely minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 cup salad dressing
- a sprinkle of oregano
- 2 hard boiled eggs
Procedure:
Toss all ingredients together, garnish with hard boiled eggs. Refrigerate and serve.
