Garlic Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/3 tsp ground oregano
- 1/3 tsp parsley. chopped
- 1/3 tsp cilantro, chopped
- 4 tbsp butter
Procedure:
Mash the garlic in a mortar, add the salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, cilantro and mash. Melt the butter and add the garlic mix to it and mix.
