Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large avocados, peeled
- 1 tomato, peeled and seeded
- 2 tbsp green chili peppers
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp salt
Procedure:
Blend all the ingredients but the avocados in an electric blender. Mash by hand the avocados, add the blended ingredients and serve with corn chips.
