Shrimp with Spinach Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb penne pasta
- 12 fresh shrimp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lb fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ground garlic
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Basil to taste
Procedure:
Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt, season the shrimp with salt and pepper and saute in a frying pan for 2 minutes and set aside, Chop the spinach in the blender with a little oil. In a frying pan with olive oil, sautee the garlic, onion and the red bell pepper for about 5 min. Add the cooked pasta, shrimp, pour the spinach puree, parmesan cheese to taste, and basil to taste.
