Green Beans with Bacon, Habichuelas Tiernas con Bacon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb green beans
- 2 bacon strips
- 1/4 cup almonds
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs to taste
Procedure:
Boil the beans in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt for 2 min. And then remove and cool in ice water. In a frying pan, sauté the bacon and the almonds until they are toasted then add the sautéed beans, herbs and season to taste with salt and pepper.
