  • 8 oz mix of viandas (malanga, yuca, ñame, yautía, papa, batata)
  • 8 cups of water
  • 8 oz milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

        Boil the water and cook the viandas for about 25 minutes or until tender. In a deep bowl mix the viandas, oil and milk thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and garnish with parsley.
