Plantain and Ham Cream Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1 1/2 tablespoon ground garlic
- 1 1/2 plantain grated or cut into pieces
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Cream to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cilantrillo fresh to taste
- 1 cup diced cooking ham
Procedure:
In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic and then add the banana and the broth, boil until it is tender and processed in the blender, season with cream, salt, pepper and cilantro. Serve and top with ham.
