Cassava al Mojo, Yuca al Mojo Recipe
- 2 lbs yucca (cassava)
- 3 garlic heads
- 8 oz canola oil
- salt and pepper
Cook yuca in boiling water along with 10 carlic cloves and salt. Drain excess water. In blender, mix oil and remaining garlic. Pour over cooked Yuca. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Serve warm with seafood, poultry or steaks.
