Sweet & Sour Cassava, Yucca Agridulce Recipe
- 3 lb yuca (cassava), cut into small dice
- salted water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Cook the yuca in the salted water for 25 minutes. Drain and set aside. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the soy sauce and sugar. When butter mixture starts to bubble, add the yuca. Saute over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
