Crepes with Dulce de Leche Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 can of condensed milk
Procedure:
For the crepes mix in a container the eggs, milk, water, flour, butter, vanilla, and sugar. In a pan add butter and about 3 tbsp of the mixture over medium heat, stir the pan to cover the bottom of the pan and cook for 2 min per side. For dulce de leche, boil in water the can of condensed milk for 2 hours, then let cool and serve over the crepes with vanilla ice cream on top.
