Cafe Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4oz hot coffee espresso
- 12oz milk, steamed to 150 degrees
Procedure:
First, pour espresso into the bottom of a cup. Add steamed milk until cup is 3/4 full, holding back the foam. Top off the drink with velvet foam from steamed milk.
