Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 sticks unsalted margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 eggs separated
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 . Sift together flour and salt, leave them in a separate bowl. Mix the margarine and sugar in a blender on medium speed until a soft pale yellow paste. Then gradually add the egg yolks and keep beating them, then flour and salt. Add slowly the milk, add the vanilla. Beat egg whites until they are about to merengue, then add to the mixture. Put the mixture into a greased mold. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
