Coquito Cortes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bar chocolate cortés
- 2/3 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp corn starch
- Cherries
Procedure:
Mix corn syrup and heavy cream. Boil at low temperatura. Dissolve corn starch with water and add to the mix. Add chunks of chocolate cortes and stir until melted. Pour it hot.
