Island Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut crem
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tamarindo juice
- 4 oz coconut rum
- 4 oz dark rum
- 1 oz cointreau liqueur
- 5-6 ice cubes
Procedure:
Combine the coconut cream, coconut milk, pineapple, lime, tamarindo juices along with 5 ice cubes in the electric blender and blend at high speed for a minute. Add the 2 rums and liqueur.
