Beef Fillets Stuffed with Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 beef fillets
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp ground garlic
- 1/2 sliced red onion
- 1/2 red pepper cut into strips
- 1/2 green pepper cut into strips
- 1 carrot cut into strips
- 4 sheets of bacon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs of thyme
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the fillets open and season with salt, pepper and ground garlic and fill with the vegetables (onion, peppers, carrot, peppers), place a sheet of bacon around the fillets already stuffed to seal them. Then in a frying pan with a little olive oil seal the steaks until golden brown on both sides and then bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.
