Chicken and Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb cooked spaguetti
- 6 chicken thighs
- Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp sofrito
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup of beer
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Fresh basil
Procedure:
Seazon the chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. In a saucepan, heat olive oil, add the sofrito, oregano, garlic and tomato paste, sauté for 2 minutes, add chicken and saute for 2 more minutes. Add the beer, boil for 1 minute and add the broth. Stew the preparation on low heat for 35-40 minutes, finish with parmesan cheese to taste and fresh basil. Add spaguettis and mix well.
