Chicken Drumsticks Margarita Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lb chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup tequila
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup oil
Procedure:
In medium bowl, stir together tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Whisk in oil. Place marinade in a large zipper bag, add chicken. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes. Remove chicken from bag, reserve marinade. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake chicken for 30 to 35 minutes, until cooked. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring reserved marinade to a boil, then remove from heat. Use marinade to baste drumsticks frequently while cooking.
