Chicken Paprika Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thigh
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 2 medium potatoes cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
Procedure:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion, garlic and chicken, turning occasionally, until brown on all sides, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in tomato and potatoes and cook 2 minutes longer. Add the wine and the paprika and mix until well blended. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
