Ingredients:

  • 4 beef fillets
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp ground garlic
  • 1/2 sliced ​​red onion
  • 1/2 red pepper cut into strips
  • 1/2 green pepper cut into strips
  • 1 carrot cut into strips
  • 4 sheets of bacon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 sprigs of thyme

         

        Procedure:

        Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the fillets open and season with salt, pepper and ground garlic and fill with the vegetables (onion, peppers, carrot, peppers), place a sheet of bacon around the fillets already stuffed to seal them.
