Chicken Empanada Carbonara Recipe

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil 
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup of crushed bread
  • Bacon cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese



    Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Pass the breasts for flour, egg and then, the bread crumbs. Heat the half cup of oil over medium high heat. Then, fry the breasts for about 4 minutes per side or until golden and crisp. When the breasts are cooked, place them on absorbent paper. In a frying pan cook the bacon until it is crunchy and golden. Then remove and place on absorbent paper. Remove the excess fat from the pan and add the cream. Bring to a gentle boil, using a hand whisk, start adding half the grated cheese slowly until it is well incorporated with the cream. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Place the sauce on the breasts. Then add the bacon and more cheese. Bring to the oven in broil until the cheese melts and browns.
