Churrasco with Herbs Butter Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 churrascos
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tsp ground garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped thyme
- 2 tbsp chopped rosemary
Procedure:
Season the churrascos with salt and pepper and cook in a frying pan with olive oil for approx. 2 to 3 minutes per side. In a container mix the butter with the garlic, herbs and season to taste with salt and pepper, place on waxed paper and roll as a cylinder, refrigerate for an hour and when the churrasco is ready serve slices on the meat. Must Prepare this butter before cooking the meat.
