Florentine Chicken Breast Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 turkey breasts
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 sliced shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 4 tbsp guava paste
- Fresh herbs
Procedure:
Season with salt and pepper the breasts and cook in a frying pan for approx. 8 minutes per side and remove, then saute the shallot, and garlic for a minute add the wine reduce, and finish with the guava paste and season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs.
