Ingredients:

  • 1 pork sirloin cut into medallions
  • 12 bacon strips
  • 2 cups potatoes cooked and cut in squares
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple in small squares
  • 1/2 red onion in small squares
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • Fresh herbs to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

                                      Procedure:

                                      Season the medallions with salt and pepper and wrap them with bacon. Cook in a hot frying pan with olive oil starting from the side where the ends of the bacon connect, for 10 to 12 minutes. For the salad mix all the ingredients in a container and season to taste with abundant lemon, olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper.
