  • 2lb chicken drumsticks
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp rosemary leaves
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 cup water



            Season chicken with garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion and garlic until onion is transparent, add chicken and cook until all sides are golden brown. Add worcestershire sauce, rosemary, wine and water, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender. Simmer over medium heat and stir frequently until sauce thickens.
